Помповая инсулинотерапия с функцией автоматического прекращения подачи инсулина в ответ на гипогликемию

Очередным этапом на пути к разработке полностью автоматического введения инсулина (closed-loop) является выход новой инсулиновой помпы, самостоятельно прекращающей подачу инсулина в случае гипогликемии. Обзор посвящен помповой инсулинотерапии с использованием этой функции. Приведены результаты проведенных к настоящему времени исследований по оценке эффективности и безопасности данного вида помповой инсулинотерапии.
